Something isn’t working

Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version. A screenshot can help; hide any personal information first.

Don’t send passwords, sign-in codes or recordings in your first message.

Your account

Sign in with the same method you used to create your account. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, keep using Continue with Apple.

To delete your account, open Settings in Unfried and choose Delete account. If you can’t sign in, email us from your account address for help.

Unfried Plus

You can restore eligible purchases from the paywall or Settings. Use Manage subscription in Settings to open Apple’s subscription controls for cancellation or renewal details. If Plus appears under a different Unfried account, tell us which sign-in method you used; don’t send receipts containing information you have not been asked to provide.

Privacy and leaderboard reports

Use the same email for questions about your information, access or deletion requests, or to report an inappropriate leaderboard name. For a report, include the displayed name and whether it appeared on Today or All-time.

For a privacy request, say whether you want to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, receive a copy, or withdraw permission for future AI processing. Include the email address or sign-in method for the account, but never send a password or sign-in code.

We may need to verify that an account belongs to you before handling an account request.
